At Inventive Garage & Workshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that your delivered item is faulty, damaged, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us, and we will manage the return process at no cost to you.

If you need to return an item for reasons other than those mentioned above, we will be happy to facilitate the process but please understand that you may be responsible for certain fees related to the return.

In any case, a valid return authorization number is required for all returns. Attempting to return an item without this number may result in the package being refused, and you may be charged the shipping costs to return it to you.

We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the product.

If you need to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

When returning items, please ensure that they are unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging. We only sell brand-new products to our customers and therefore cannot accept returns of used products.

For returns not related to damage, faults, or incorrect product shipments, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with the return delivery. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to twenty percent of the original sale price may apply, depending on the supplier.


Please know that, regardless of the reason, we will make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
