If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email or phone to discuss alternative options. However, if the item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment within 2 business days.

We want to ensure that you are well-prepared for the arrival of your items, particularly when they are delivered via freight carriers. Most freight deliveries are provided as "curbside" service, which means your items will be carefully lowered from the truck and placed at the edge of your property, such as near your mailbox, on the pallet they arrived on. Please be aware that it will be your responsibility to move the items from this point to their final location within your property.
We understand that each delivery driver's capabilities and willingness to help may vary, as they are not employees of Inventive Goods. While some drivers may agree to bring the pallet of products closer to your property, they are not obligated to do so. Please keep this in mind when receiving your delivery.

In Case of Damage or Issues
