Woman Holding Remote Controls The FAKRO LET Electric Collapsible Attic Ladder

Push-Button Attic Access That Feels Premium and Seals Out Drafts

If your attic ladder feels like a hassle every time you need storage—pulling it down, balancing your load, and dealing with that drafty hatch—this electric scissor attic ladder is the upgrade that makes attic access feel effortless. With motorized open/close control (Z-Wave kit plus a standard wall switch), you get smooth, predictable access on demand, while the R-12.5 insulated hatch and triple-seal perimeter help reduce air leakage where many homes lose comfort. It’s made for real-life storage runs too, with non-slip treads and a 330 lb maximum load rating—ideal for homeowners who go up often, want a safer, more comfortable routine, and anyone who wants a “finished-home” feature instead of a utilitarian ladder.
