Majic Stair Safety Rail End Brace — Upper Railing Support Bracket for Open-Area Attic Installations

Majic Stair Safety Rail End Brace

The Majic Stair Safety Rail End Brace is a support brace that closes and stabilizes the open end of the upper safety railing on a Majic Stair installation.

It is used when the Majic Stair opening is located in a central, open area of the attic floor, where the railing has no adjacent building structure to fasten to. In that layout, the brace supports the free-standing end of the railing.

Key details

• Closes and stabilizes the open end of the upper safety railing
• Adds stability to free-standing railing installations
• Serves as an alternative to fastening the railing to adjacent building structure
• Required for center-of-floor installations in open attic areas
• Not required when the stair opening sits beneath the rafters
• Installation component for Majic Stair systems

PLEASE NOTE:

If your Majic Stair opening is positioned underneath the rafters, the railing fastens directly to the surrounding building structure, and this brace is not required.
