NOTE: The lifting capacity of each trolley is based on the center of the load being lifted. If your load is centered less than 24in from the wall, the capacity is 300 lbs. If more than 24” away from the wall, the load capacity decreases to 200lbs. It is not recommended to lift loads centered further than 36” from the wall.

Safety Features

• The Lift Motor has an electronic brake when not in use to keep the Lift from moving
• The Lift stops quickly if the gear or attachment being lifted comes into contact with something
• The controller includes a child safety lock that must be turned to operate
• The up / down button on the controller must be held down for The Lift to move (This keeps the user out of harm's way and attention focused on the movement of the Lift)
• A channel safety pin is provided for extra security so that The Lift will not come down when not in use
• A hitch receiver safety pin is provided to secure the attachment into The Lift's hitch receiver
• The Lift is secured to the wall with 12 lag screws (provided)
• A cargo net or tie-down straps are suggested to secure your items to attachment when being lifted
• The Lift wire cable is aircraft grade with breaking strength of 2,000 lbs

Assembly of the Lift

The Lift requires two people to lift and secure to the wall. Locate an area that provides at least 10 feet of clear space on the wall and a 10 foot x 10 foot clear floor space to ensure safe operation. Using the stud finder locate a stud near the center of the area identified on the wall and mark the center of the stud with a pencil in multiple locations. Using a straight edge draw a vertical line through the pencil marks made earlier to identify where the channel will be mounted.
